Modus operandi / Possible method of operation:
1. Vehicle bound Male victim hits Unknown victim on foot.
A. Male victim attempts to flee the scene, eventually hitting vehicle bound Female victim in escape. This suggests the Unknown Victim was somewhere else, unknown if deceased.
OR
B. Male victim hits vehicle bound Female victim immediately after hitting Unknown victim. This suggests the Unknown Victim survived and left the crash site, or was transported away from the crash site by a suspect immediately after the crash.
2. Male victim leaves his vehicle and is hit by a third car, causing his injuries. The third car is Suspect 1, and the car was not found near the Female victim’s area, meaning another Suspect on foot carried out the killing of the Female victim. This is Suspect 2.
A. Female victim leaves her vehicle afterwards, fleeing the crash site in panic and shock
OR
B. The female victim is forced out of her vehicle by Suspect 2.
3. First responders arrive on scene ~ 5 minutes after crash
4. Female victim is killed by Suspect 2 ~ 5 minutes after First responders arrive

- 2+ Suspects were required to carry out this killing.
- Explosives were set near the sewer, making this premeditated and planned
- Almost everything listed in the Modus operandi makes no sense for why it happened, despite these being the only explanations for how it could have happened.
