I know we're all more or less in agreement with how temporary the Inn's gonna be. That means the plan for our lab begins now. I understand you spoke with some contacts and ex-CIC. Good to hear! If you knew them in the past as you claimed, I can't exactly challenge your judgement with my "gap in experience". We're in agreement: Lab's gotta be away from the rest of the group. Spread out potential targets for threats. If one site is hit, we got the other. Also agree we need to keep lab low-profile to divert attention. I got a suggestion: Maybe set created supplies to agreed dead-drop(s)? Also, I hate to say it, but we may need to hard-limit given products to the others below what we can actually produce (ensure surplus in case we lose facility or need it for emergencies). The fact that we may have to deny the usage of medical supplies to the wounded and dying makes "my" skin crawl, but having reserves may be best for all of us. You've got more resolve than I did in this matter, so I defer to you. Not like I can fight you on it if it comes to hard calls, anyways. In addition, I've been racking "my brain" (?) on our current predicament and how we could use a new lab to try and deal with it. Remember when Mikey from when we were in City One? Went bonkers when he inhaled those spores and we had to sedate him? Xenomycellus Psilocybe A semi-common hallucinogen in QZ. Risk of psychosis, but also produces a disassociative state. (May be of use? Explore it- could allow us to "change shifts" without a K.O.). Suggest find & grow in addition to planned meds. Additionally, when starting, suggest we focus on: MedGel (should A.L. be present) - Medcare. XenoPoacae Sanguis - Anticoagulant. Analgesic. Midly Toxic. Florelucillus Violaceum - Antiseptic. Antifungal fluid (should A.L. be present) - Antifungal. XenoBacillus Interfector - Antifungal (supplement/substitute if A.L. not present) - grow culture in sealed container. Found in black patches on fungal colonies. Sepsis risk. All these species are ones you know. But with them being produced en-masse for use, we should be able to quickly bear fruit with our efforts.
