Hello Keith here!
Too many issues with Horizon for what we're trying to do. If you spot them and tell me about it I'll give you 2000 credits. I'll give you 2000 credits per armband or the equivalent in rubles.
FAIR WARNING!
We've consistently clocked their response time to be one to two hours, but it's usually just a scanner patrol or two. They only tend to send hunters if they see a LOT of you or you kidnap them. It seems they just don't like it when you're doing something other than just shooting rank and file. They don't give a SHIT if two or three of them die. As long as you're not fucking with anything important and only hitting patrols the Combine just can't put in the effort to do shit about it.

//OOC NOTE! I DONT PLAN TO FLATTEN YOU WITH A MASSIVE COMBINE RESPONSE FOR KILLING A FEW OF THEM OKAY? IF YOU THINK AN IC RESPONSE WAS INNAPRORPIATE LET ME KNOW! I'm starting to realize you guys need more targets outside of AWS things you can hit. These should be more in line with the combat encounters asked for in the feedback thread.
