'City 5'
Home of the Combine counter-assault force and the fallback point for Combine personnel, City 5 is practically a fortress and a looming object for the Rebellion to assault. A steel wall that surrounds its ancient structures and cobble streets, a towering monument that is grotesquely repurposed, the city that never truly died.
It serves as the revival of the Combine Empire. With rapid repurposing of the famous Eiffel Tower to bring it towards a new purpose...A relay. One that did the same job as the Noctis Relay itself. The news of this development hits hard after the total destruction of C98 by the hands of Peterovich, and supposedly half of Paris meeting the same fate also. It's showing desperation upon the Union's face and the Rebels must keep the momentum if they wish to secure sanctuary for their world.
This is their final step.

What does this mean for MoF?
It means the end. Similar to how we did things in ZRP this will be the final total story arc that we will be working through before we cut off the server. MoF from the start was supposed to be the players experiencing the job of becoming that third party rebel group that always seems to assist the main group on servers. And the journey itself has already been incredibly extensive and long! I have went through every single story beat that I desired and would rather end MoF how I intended instead of dragging things on for the sake of wanting it up. I wish to create nostalgia not bad memories.
The final day is not yet set but I wish to inform you all with a month or two advance notice instead of sitting here and announcing it a week before I plan to do it. It allows you guys to organically move things towards the end of the line for your characters and wrap things up nicely without it feeling rushed or potentially botched.
What is the next server? And why?

Idyllic is not centered around one singular server idea. I will not spam HL's, or ZRP's, or Red Dawn servers. the entire idea of this community is to explore lesser explored settings and themes in a timeframe that won't leave its legacy stained. MoF, as stated above, is nearing the end of what narrative elements I wished to explore. It is time to move onto brighter pastures, and I want you all to be ready for that...Which is why I will tag you all along for the ride.
