Eloise was 23 years old when she joined up with Civil Protection only a few months after the seven hour war. They had joined for various reasons. The primary one however was to ensure that her little brother would have a decent enough life in this new world order through blood, sweat, and tears. Eloise didn't seem to care that any of those may not have to be hers and hers alone.

Eloise was stripped of her name when she was inducted into the ranks of the fledging civil protection. She was given her new name in the form of numerical digits. '03168'. She was given a choice between two squads upon her arrival. ORBIT or FLUX, those in charge gave her no information on what these squads would consist of or what her duties would entail so blindly she chose ORBIT where she would faithfully serve for the next Eleven Years. Shooting through the ranks each promotion cycle, going from the poor .05 all the way to EU, she served as one of eight EU Lieutenants for her squad. Her faith was absolute for a decade before some cracks started to appear. Her younger brother whom she did all of this to protect was killed by civil protection units in City 5. Things changed.πβπ

Orbit, the squad she served for a eleven years was unlike many others in the CCA anywhere on earth. Although they were not 100% unique they served extremely close with OTF and OSF forces through the city and in the wastelands nearby, this close relationship with the transhuman forces has some unforeseen consequences on the woman's psyche. She still finds it difficult for her to not march whenever she walks from place to place, a cold calculating disdain for those who serve no greater purpose for their fellow humans. She often saw citizens as little more than untrained recruits that needed a good ass kicking to get them in shape like she went through, or if her mood was soured, she saw them as helpless sacks of meat that her squad could do what ever they saw fit to.

Given a small chance at freedom Eloise leaped at it. While on an wasteland patrol with some of the local OTF forces Eloise saw an opportunity to take one of the cars and flee while she supposedly returned it to the motor pool. For the past Seven years she's been bouncing between rebel cell to rebel cell. Landing with the MRC for the past two years as a form of trainer and recon specialist for them. Although her attitude is rough to interact with she serves the resistance well. A few 'punishments' handed out to her for attitude or behavior but she doesn't let it get to her.
