Information The Promised Land (Final Story Arc)

NOVEMBER 8th, 2024 - DECEMBER 15th, 2024


The final story arc of ZRP: Virulent is approaching. Months of storytelling and roleplay has finally led to this moment as we come to a narrative close to this server. Within the coming weeks and days we will show off the final map at hand along with other narrative art created in preparation for it. This decision from our team is not based on lack of interest but rather wanting to give this server a fitting end rather than drag it through the mud. We want to leave things off on happy and familiar memories rather than troublesome and forgetful ones.

When creating ZRP under the bullying actions of @Smarmy and @Cross I did not at all expect the outcome to be this wonderful and eye opening experience. I have enjoyed every second of this server and cannot put it into words how it makes me feel to see you guys log on to see what's up and interact with each other for hours on end. All I can say is that it brings me joy to a never ending degree.


What does this mean for the future of Idyllic?

We aren't done yet, trust me. My team and others have been silently cooking at the next server under the IdN banner and I know a few of you have already seen snippets of it due to my inability to contain my excitement. That will also be announced and shown off in the coming weeks so make sure to routinely check the forums and Discord for any updates!

How long will the server remain up?
Starting November 8th the final story arc of the server will begin. There is no definitive end and there won't be until we run through the hoops of the narrative plot that we have created. Once we see that we have hit a fitting point we will make an announcement for the final day of roleplay upon the server itself. With Rudmerge coming to an end and the awesome builds we already have placed upon Zaton we will keep you all entertained the best we can until we hit the end. Our momentum here will not falter I can promise you all that.

The finale of ZRP: Virulent has finally dawned. Between today and the 14th/15th of December will be a jam-packed week full of events and other things to get us into the position of a finale. Not much can be said yet about this but I feel as if I owe a very early announcement so you can all plan things accordingly (ik how busy some of u are <3)
The content will likely update a final time to add this map accordingly. Once that is added nearly the date itself it'll become evident what we plan to do.
