A decent resolution video from a cellphone's camera:
A man is seen in the dark night alleyway, he looks distressed, extremely pale, sweaty.
A soft voice behind the camera speaks: "What are you talking about?"
A loud explosion pops in the background, causing the phone's video to shake slightly.
The man flinches at the explosion, his own voice quiet,"Taking people.. --they.. they got me, after th'.. Oh.. Oh, god, I didn't m-mean to do it-! But-- I-.. I woke up, an', an' it were.. Doctors, and- and them Solders, please, God, yew gotta help me- Yew.. yew gotta call Bill, man, I don't.. I can't get home!"
"I'll get you home, man. You have to help me first, though. Tell me everything that's happened," comes hushed behind the camera.
A few headshakes come from the man, "Yew.. yew ain' gettin' it, ah-- Ah can't remember, I-.. I feel sick, I feel hot, they.. they did sum'n to me!"
"I believe you. Is that all you can remember?"
The man nods a few times, sliding down the wall shortly after and hissing, "They.. they blocked it off. Ah can't go back, can't get caught..."
The camera moves closer, "Close your eyes and relax. What did they block off...?"
The man quietly explains, "The-.. The Suburbs. They're lookin', they're lookin' for me, ah- Ah know it!"
A soft and compassionate tone comes from the man behind the phone as the camera moves closer and more level with the man sitting against the wall, "Hey... Take some deep breaths, nobody is looking for you. They would have found you if they were, alright? Close your eyes and take a breather for a sec', I'll call Bill for ya. Do you have a phone? Can you get me Bill's number from it?"
The man quivers like he's freezing, shooting his head up and patting himself down, "Shit-.. Shit, shit, shit, they took it--! They took everything!'' he nearly exclaims in panic.
''Shh... Calm. Who took everything?''
''Them-! It.. it was them, they had to have! Th'... th' Government folks! CEDA-!''
"Okay... Everything's fine... Just think real hard about what his number was for me," the camera moves back up to head level, looking down at the man from above.
"I-.. it's.. it's.."
The phone's camera directs itself to recording the night sky suddenly. A single distorted and clipped crack is heard through the phone's microphone. The camera briefly pans over the limp man's now dead body.
"...I... Fuck..." The camera moves back slightly, trembling in the night air. "I hope... I hope I was fucking right..."
The video ends there.
