Upon arrival on scene, made visual contact with fifty-eight year old Daniel Grey who showed immediate signs of altered mental status. They appeared frantic with eyes dilated likely as a fear response. Pale white, clammy and sweating. They relayed shock upon witnessing what they described as a "real maneater", and relayed information regarding a middle aged woman he swears to have seen "disemboweling and eating" the innards of an unknown man.

Thorazine was administered to calm the patient during transport to the hospital. Local law enforcement have noted the incident and opened a file and surveying over missing persons reports. Patient was administered to ClockTower Behavioral Health.

Upon arrival on scene made auditory contact with twenty-eight year old Marshall Winters, heard screaming in their apartment. Local law enforcement breached and cleared the scene for Emergency Services. Upon questioning Marshall expressed grave concern over the recent erratic behavior exhibited by their wife Jocelyn whom had gone missing days prior.

Patient was transported to hospital and psychologically cleared, Jocelyn Winters has been listed as a missing persons.

Upon arrival on scene made immediate visual contact with a deceased fourty-three year old Isaac Mathias. No pulse. No respirations, rigor mortis set in. Mathias was transported to the local morgue as per request of the family. Cause of death still to be determined and autopsy ongoing,

Upon arrival on scene...again...EMS were dispatched to the home of Mathias. Mrs. Mathias was questioned on any known pre-existing conditions as well as prodded on any involvement. She has been cleared of any involvement. Cause of death appears sudden respiratory distress followed by failure and cardiac arrest.
