Howard comes from the middle of no where Oklahoma in a tiny town with out any history behind it. He joined the Marines when he was fresh out of high school and served from 1995-1999, then transitioning branches to become a Navy Corpsman for another eight. Finally leaving the armed forces in 2007. Civilian life did very little to ease his mind and keep him focused, he bounced around from job to job before opportunity landed in his lap. Work for a shell company here, shell company there, a good few years of off the books military service for places the good U.S.A. couldn't dare to be officially. It passed the time but eventually even that became boring. A few hundred thousand dollars in savings later he left it all behind yet again. That was until an old military buddy of his reached out about some work that needed him in New Orleans in the later part of 2018.

Howard is both a man who stands out, and blends into a crowd. Average looking by all standards except the long hair he took very little care of. Often seen observing from the sidelines of any given room, talking to those who seem interesting, and buying any fellow Marine a drink at the bar.

Thoughts
Something is clearly not right and only getting worse every hour. A lot of people are about to die and I can only help so many at a time. I couldn't have picked a worse time to be away from home with all my guns.​
