"Due to recent events, it has been decided by the City Administratior and MPF Squad leaders that restrictions are to be placed on Representative Elizabeth MacMillan. While she is useful when it comes to handling the civilian populace, her antics have caused small issues and headaches for us all. If you see her doing anything listed here, detain her."
1. Elizabeth is not permitted near the stalkers within the nexus.
2. No, she CANNOT be allowed within proximity of Assistants. The amount of things she has said to them caused more issues than it is worth...This ALSO means she cannot train new ones that transfer here.
2a. She is also not permitted to speak with any Assistants who are under stress, she made one jump off a building after telling them to "Suck it up, it'll only get worse!", I'm not sure WHY she did that but now we know she is horrible at helping people who are stressed.
3. Due to recent incidents, Elizabeth is to be watched by two MPF units within and outside of the Nexus, she almost got captured by Anti-Citizens at one point.
4.She is BARRED from the Ration Distrubition Center and terminals relating to it unless another Representative or a higher ranking is overseeing her, the amount of damages that happened were horrific to me and the economy.
5. Elizabeth cannot be near any important terminals within the nexus, she sent a message to the squad leaders which involved her calling their MPF "Slow" after they refused to let her fight a necrotic with a firearm.
6. Elizabeth is NOT permitted to fight Necrotics, Parasitics, Anti-Citizens, Viromes, Infestations and any threats that are within the city limits. She stunned the MPF when she stole a standard issued faceplate and charged at them with a firearm...Speaking of which.
7. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, GIVE HER ANY FIREARMS, EQUIPMENT AND ANYTHING THAT SHE CAN USE AT ALL. NONE, NOTHING, WE DON'T WANT ANOTHER INCIDENT!
8. Elizabeth is not permitted to go through the vents to fight Parasitics, we lost an Assistant and five MPF Recruits were wounded because of what she did. I can commend the effort and dedication, though.
9. Elizabeth does NOT have authority over MPF unless it involves something completely harmless...Actually? Scratch that, SHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY AUTHORITY OVER MPF AT ALL, EVEN THE ONES THAT ARE ESCORTING HER.
10. No, MacMillan, you cannot make your own MPF squad known as the "Bisexual Male Stripper" squad...You're an idiot.
11. You can't put the blame on every single terrorist attack on the Vortigaunts unless there's strong evidence for it. I get the hostilities, but calm yourself lady!
12. Elizabeth MacMillan is the best person ever, she can do anything she wants!

13. Elizabeth is only permitted to have LIMITED access to ANY documentation or dossier relating to her...Who the hell gave her access?!
14. No Elizabeth, you can't give the Citizens 'Free hugs!', you're asking for a shanking from a crack head or worse.
15. Elizabeth is to be given weekly training on how to socialise with people, her words are surprisingly effective against weak minded people.

15b. HOW DO YOU STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THIS DAMNED DOSSIER?! I WANT NAMES!
16. People are NOT to give Elizabeth ANY editing permission or access to her account or let her use their account to adjust or edit any dossier and documentation relating to them. WHY ARE PEOPLE DOING THIS?!
17. Elizabeth cannot eat her rations infront of the MPF Recruits to show that she gets fed better than them, they're struggling as is.
18. If in the situation Elizabeth is seen near the MPF armoury, she is to be escorted away unless supervised by an Intention One or above.
19. Elizabeth CANNOT accept alterantive payment when it comes to bets, such as the following.
19a. Human rights of the opposition.
19b. Weapons.
19c. Unauthorised food.
19d. Drugs.
19e. The soul of someone (Yourself and anyone else).
19f. Vodka.
19h. Stunsticks.
19i. Rations.
19j. Data.
19k. Citizens and CW as 'slaves'.
19l. Anything but Issued and Legit Combine Credits.
20. You can't say "Challenge accepted" as an excuse to get out of trouble, you almost got an MPF Recruit killed because they thought they could spar you. Granted, they're an idiot for trying, but still Elizabeth!
