Report:
Around 7:00PM Central European Summer Time, CIPHER Squadron was activated and quickly briefed on the presence of a high-priority malignant target, Victoria Byrne AKA 'Wasp'. CIPHER's task was to search the last known location on capture/kill orders. Upon arriving to the last known location in the underground subway tunnels, the Squadron encounters a high amount of Anti-Citizens, and eventually have a visual on the target.

Due to the intensity of Anti-Citizen presence, i1.50238 has called in eviscerator support to hopefully dwindle the Anti-Citizen numbers. In the process, a pair of eviscerator units had found the target and eliminated her. However, the Anti-Citizens remained to fight with the remaining units of CIPHER squadron.

Then UU.GLOBAL.PETEROVICH had stepped in, and assisted the squad to pushing back the Anti-Citizens. One malignant had attempted to suicide bomb GLOBAL.PETEROVICH in the process, and failed. The Anti-Citizens were pushed out from the subway tunnels, in the process.

Two priority Anti-Citizens were identified during the Operation.

Conclusion:
CIPHER squadron was tasked to finding and enacting their kill/capture order. They killed the high-priority malignant, the Operation was successful.​
