Report:
Around 9:30PM Central European Summer Time, a group of Anti-Citizens had pushed out from the lower levels of the subways, into the streets of the city and performed an assault on the train station. The first line of defense of the train station fell within minutes of the assault, and soon after the Anti-Citizens pushed their way into the train yard. Their goal later was discovered to gaining access to the Mortar Pit. Though this left almost an equal amount of CIPHER officers and resistance members dead within the train station.

A Q.R.F. of additional CIPHER officers was sent from the train tunnels whilst using a smoke screen to cover their advance to the side entrance into the Mortar Pit, but were little too late. Whatever the Anti-Citizens did, they had conducted it before the Q.R.F. could respond. The Mortar Pit soon after got destroyed, and this left one option remaining, forcing the Q.R.F. to retreat from the fallen objective.

This provoked a red alert response from Dispatch, Overwatch Forces with armored vehicle and air support immediately attacked the fleeing Anti-Citizens.

There was a loss of 19 CIPHER officers, and 4 OTF troopers.

Conclusion:
CIPHER's goal was to defend the Mortar Pit and push back the Anti-Citizens' assault. The Mortar Pit was destroyed and the Anti-Citizens managed to escape the city with minor casualties. This was a failure.
