Report:
Around 8:00PM Central European Summer Time, some of CIPHER Squadron was tasked by UU.GLOBAL.PETEROVICH to defend the Highway Outpost. Anti-Citizen forces were spotted moving around the train cars and small patch of trees, within the Outpost before the fighting began.

The Overwatch Forces stationed at the outpost pushed to meet the malignants, and failed to push them back. The stationed CIPHER squadron took a more defensive position, and were soon overwhelmed by the out-numbering force of Anti-Citizens. The remaining officer, i3.01498, had decided to flee from the Outpost on foot without permission from Dispatch and returned to the Nexus with severe injuries. He has been given the appropriate punishment, to be made an example of.

Conclusion:
The forces guarding the Highway Outpost were killed, with only 1 surviving officer remaining. This has given the Anti-Citizens an outpost not only to be able to gain access to the City, but also allow them to control the west side of the sector. This was an utter failure.​
