A.A_Piper [OWNER]: Maintenance is complete, apologies if some messages didn't send properly in the mean time. In any case from what I know city services are paying quite well if you decide to assist in clearing rats. From what I've heard its 20$ or so per rat ?

A.A_Piper [OWNER]: Though do be aware to not get bit by them since there's been a spike in rabies which is leading to a shortage of rabies vaccines, plus remember to maintain hygiene as having dirty spaces attracts rats.

A.A_Piper [OWNER]: In other news though anyone still in Lakeview Area, Central City, Uptown and Mid City be aware that there's been a shaky power situation due to a local storm recently passing having damaged the power stations, expect a power outage for 48 hours in about 9 hours or so from this post sending ? Give or take 20 minutes more or less, Police and Emergency Services will be trying to keep the peace and prevent any looting but I highly suggest shopping now, locking your doors and not opening it for anyone till power is back on or Police are in your area to assist you if need be.

Though after about 24 hours power to the entire north of the City will be down and the south will have several neighborhoods without power as well so keep that in mind.
