A.A_Piper [OWNER]: Please do not try your own hand at trying to cure it or intentionally bringing it here to attempt to make one. Allow proper trained professionals and the authorities to do that, they have the equipment and funding to be able to actually do something about it. As for us ? We can do our part by trying our best not to spread it, even if its just delaying it coming to the US. The more were prepared the more time we'll have if anything goes horribly wrong and the more time do the Emergency Services have to prepare for if it comes or rather when.
If there will be any news I will send them here, if you are concerned about your health please visit a doctor, do not try to self medicate unless you do not have the ability to get to a doctor on your own and neither do you have anyone to call to bring you to one. I know we all want to be superman or whatever else but even the best people still need help and even someone with a incredible immune system can still get sick if they aren't cautious. Remember if you are concerned or see signs of sickness that you are unsure are from the new disease or another then contact or go to a doctor ASAP but if not then stay home till you're able to go to a doctor or contact or till you're no longer sick, remember though just cause you aren't sick doesn't mean you can't transmit the disease onto someone else, wash your hands and follow precautions, do not be afraid to ask for help but do know people have their limits, try your best to prevent its spread.
Just cause your immune system can beat it doesn't mean everyone else's can. With it being a new disease its very unlikely most of us can. If you get sick and manage to recover head to a doctor for testing so that you may assist in developing a vaccine or a cure. That is only IF, do not intentionally get sick to be a hero. This isn't the movies, nor video games, as much as we want to all we can do is do what we can and prepare however we can.
