Report:
At approximately 1500 hours, a suspicious package was registered by visual sensors south of the Nexus.
Dispatch notified units 03030 and 88479 and tasked them with responding to the potential threat.
Units 03030 and 40497 cleared the area, finding no potential suspects.
Unit 88479 attempted to disarm the device, but inadvertently set off a fail-safe trigger which coated the unit in an inert white power.
Chemical analysis indicates that this substance is an astringent substance commercially known as "baby powder".
Conclusion:
CIPHER Squadron and Overwatch Forces were successful in preventing the device from contaminating Nexus interior.
884 is expected to make a full psychological recovery. 030 suggests a high-temperature wash cycle followed by air drying.
