A.A_Piper [OWNER]: Some good news for once, clean water is now running for the entire city and heating has been returned in some area's and should be finished before winter proper begins for most of the city.
One more thing, a few soup kitchens have opened up around the city as well as homeless shelters if anyone wishes to volunteer in them. That being said the delayed Mayor elections for the city of New Orleans are going to begin in November-December with the candidates being for the Democrats Denise Mantrell, Republican Michael Konrad, Libertarian Henry J. Cartman and Independent Franklin Stevens. Ballots open November 21st and the votes will be counted through November up to December.
